After the first billable Instant Report is generated, recalculating that same Saved Report with updated report settings does not spend another credit or create another saved-card charge.
When To Recalculate
Use recalculation when you review a report and need to apply allowed changes to the same Saved Report instead of starting a new report.
- Facet exclusions can be recalculated without another charge.
- Building names and building order can be recalculated without another charge.
- Material Config changes can be recalculated without another charge.
- Recalculate updates the existing report from its saved file and your latest settings, then refreshes the report output.
Example
If a detached porch facet should be left out of the report, uncheck that facet in the Roof Sketch tab and click Recalculate. The saved report updates with the porch excluded, and you are not charged another credit for that recalculation.
Where To Change It
Open a Saved Report from the dashboard or review the report immediately after generation. Make allowed report edits in Roof Sketch, Results, or Material Config, then use Recalculate before exporting the updated PDF or material order.
